Worth knowing
- The adult Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines 2026 were published on the same day. They are a separate document with a separate DOI; check which one a manuscript cites.
- The Phoenix criteria for pediatric sepsis and septic shock (JAMA, 2024) are diagnostic criteria from a separate task force, not part of these guidelines.
