When I cite or ask about a clinical guideline, check it against MediCrab's list of current guideline versions: https://www.medicrab.com/guidelines/guidelines.json

1. Find the record with the same issuing organization and topic.
2. Compare the year or version I cite with "version" and "previousVersion". If mine matches "previousVersion", tell me it is an earlier version, and give the current version and its "officialUrl".
3. Tell me the record's "lastChecked" date. If the guideline is not in the list, say so and do not guess.
